Why DURAVIT Pool remote control does not respond?

  If the DURAVIT Hot Tub remote control isn't responding, it could be due to several reasons. First, try recharging the remote for at least 3 hours as the battery might be drained. If that doesn't work, the remote might be in energy saver mode; place it on the charging station until the “Emotion” button lights up after 2 seconds. Also, make sure you're within range of the pool; the house icon will appear on the control panel when you are. Finally, check the electrical connection of the charging station and place the remote on it. If the “Emotion” button blinks or stays lit, the charging unit is working; otherwise, contact Customer Service.

To resolve this, press the “Hygiene” button to start the circuit. If “Water level too low” is also displayed, refill the water until it's about 50 mm above the uppermost jet.

  If water continuously runs out from the vent valve of your DURAVIT Hot Tub, it could be due to a few reasons. First, the filter might be fouled, so try replacing it. Another possibility is that the air valve is wrongly installed; remove and reinstall it as described. Additionally, the air valve might be fouled, so clean the air valves under running water. If none of these steps work, the air valve might be defective, in which case you should replace the air valves and filter.
