2. INSTALLATION
2.1 Double-leaf gate
Distinguishing between leaf 1 and leaf 2 is crucial for the device’s proper functioning.
Leaf 1: opens first when the gate is closed and moves second when the gate is open. Ends its closing cycle after
leaf 2.
Leaf 2: opens second when the gate is closed and moves first when the gate is open. Ends its closing cycle before
leaf 1.
2.2 Actuator installation dimensions
Check that the distance C on the supporting structure of the gate does not exceed the value in the table
below.
If this distance is greater than the value in the table, it is necessary to take appropriate measures (making an
incision in the post/wall) until the distance is greater or equal to the C value.
This is necessary to prevent the linear gear motor from hitting the edge of the wall/post during closing.
The incision must be made exactly where the actuator is
installed and must be sufficiently large to allow the
complete opening cycle.
