9.3 Setting the closing delay
Issue the “step by step” command. Leaf [2] will
start to close. When it reaches the point where
leaf [1] should start closing, issue another “step
by step” command.
The two halves of the gate will now close until
they reach their respective mechanical limiters.
The two red LEDs on the left and right will be
turned on.
The device is then programmed in semi-
automatic mode. If you are not satisfied with the
result, reset the control unit, and start again
from step 7.
10. GENERAL INFORMATION
10.1 Intended use
• The EASY WAY 210 automatic gate opener was designed exclusively for swing gates. Any use for other
purposes is prohibited.
• The manufacturer bears no responsibility for damage caused by incorrect use. All risks are the responsibility of
the installer and will void the warranty.
•The gate must be installed in a manner consistent with the applicable standards and European directives.
• The actuator may only be used when it is in perfect technical condition and only as intended, considering
safety and hazards, and in accordance with the instructions for installation and use.
• Any dysfunctions that may pose a threat to safety must be eliminated immediately.
• The actuator cannot be used in environments prone to flooding.
• The actuator cannot be used in environmental conditions that are characterised by unfavourable agents (e.g.
salinity in the air).

• This manual has been prepared for assembly by the user only. The installation of the control unit requires
practical and theoretical knowledge of mechanics, electrics, and electronics.
• Installers must act in accordance with the law. Installers must also continually comply with the EN 12453
harmonised standards.
• The instructions given in this manual must always be followed when installing, connecting, adjusting, testing,
and setting up the control unit. The manufacturer bears no responsibility for any damage or injuries caused by
failure to follow the instructions provided in this manual.

• Keep this manual in a safe and easily accessible place to be consulted quickly when needed.
• All applicable accident prevention and safety regulations must be complied with during installation, connection,
test run, and use of the control unit.
• For safe and optimal functioning of the control unit, only original spare parts, accessories, devices and fastening
equipment may be used.
• Do not modify any device or component in the control unit. Changes may cause malfunctions and exclude the
