Disarming the system is a two-step operation requiring pilot confirmation. This
prompts an APR DISARMED status message to appear while on the ground.
Rearming APR does not require confirmation and is a one-step operation.
Disarm:
AUTO→CONFIRM→OFF
AUTO→CANCEL→AUTO
Re-arm
OFF→AUTO
