8.3.9 Cold Day Operation Temperature Limits (Ground)
Engine starting at temperatures between -20°C (-4°F) and 5°C (41°F) must be
accomplished with an external Ground Power Unit (GPU) connected and supplying
electrical power.
Engine starts are not permitted at a temperature less than -20°C/-4°F.
