When a missed approach is necessary using the autopilot, pressing the TOGA
button activates the HDG HOLD and GA PITCH as active lateral and pitch
modes, and the throttles should be advanced to maintain airspeed. The aircraft
will fly with roll-hold and pitch-hold during TOGA operations. Following the go-
around ALT CHG mode can be selected and it may necessary to change the pre-
selected altitude for the missed approach procedure.
Missed Approach With VOR Mode Armed
