7.3 Controller
7.3.1 Home Screen Display
Refer to Figure 8. The home screen of the Controller shows the following information:
Current Fluid Temperature (1) in selected temperature scale in red font on the
upper display.
Set Point Temperature (2) in selected temperature scale in green font in on the
lower display, below the words “Set Point.”
The numbers in red font (3) below the Set Point temperature offer information only
and have no programmed function. Different combinations of numbers will be
displayed below the Set-Point temperature indicating the state of the heater pad
and the primary and secondary sensors.
The number “1” (4) in red font indicates the state of the heater pad.
When displayed, the heater pad is on.
When flashing, the heater pad is approaching the Set Point
Temperature.
When not displayed, the heater pad is off, and the Current fluid
temperature has reached the Set Point temperature.
The number “2” (5) in red font indicates the state of the secondary sensor
in the heater pad.
When displayed, the unit is operating within its specified
temperature range.
When flashing, the heater pad is approaching the limit of its
specified range. Following the flashing, “2” will stop being displayed
and “Alarm 2” will begin flashing. See Section 7.3.2 for details.
The number “5” (6) in red font indicates the state of the drape.
When displayed, the unit has successfully detected an Ecolab
drape.
