SETTABLE PARAMETERS
Setting parameters for program steps.
Use arrows left/right to select parameter, press ENTER to enter the editing
window:
STP = step number 0-49.
• 0…initialization phase.
• Adding step by using arrow down from last step.
• Max. 4 steps are displayed on screen.
• Options for work with steps are described below the table.
TIME = starting time of each step on time axis.
• INIT…initialization time, cannot be modified.
• Range 00:01 – 99:59 (min:s). By entering time 00:00 you can erase
the row.
• Two steps with the same time can be entered (see above).
FLOW = setting flowrate 0.00 – 10.00 ml/min. Default is actual flowrate
setting.
%A, %B, %C, %D = mobile phase concentration setting (% of volume).
Options of mobile phase flow control. Default status is ENABLED.
ENABLED = program controls flowrate. Flowrate is changed according to
setting in TIME TABLE. After program termination END STEP – RUN,
STOP flowrate remains set from program and END STEP – REPEAT sets
initialization phase flowrate.
DISABLED = program does NOT change flowrate. In column FLOW
in TIME TABLE is displayed --. Running program works with actual unit
flowrate, which can be changed by using key FLOW.
Setting of low and high pressure limit. Default is actual setting of pressure
limits.
LOW PRESSURE LIMIT (see 6.1.2.2);
HIGH PRESSURE LIMIT (see 6.1.2.1)
Program termination and its influence on mobile phase pumping.
RUN = pumping continues; STOP = pumping stops; REPEAT = pumping
continues, program initializates.
Choice of used valves A, B, C, D (see 6.2.3.2). Default is actual valve
setting.
Selection of none valve – on screen displays
In TIME TABLE in all steps and columns %A, %B, %C, %D displays c.
Running program works with actual valve setting and their concentration
(see 6.2.3.2, 6.1.3). During running program, it is not possible to change
valves using key nor in item Menu/Preferences/Gradient/Valves used. It is
possible to change concentration in item Menu/Parameters/Concentration.
Setting of gradient cycles (see 6.2.3.1). Default is actual setting of cycles.
