Chapter 8 Creating Reports
On the Data Analysis screen, you can configure or customize, preview, and print your report.
The following preconfigured report formats are provided:
Simple report
Standard report
Full report
You can choose from the pages available to customize your report. For more details, see section
9.5 Report Setting. For patient demographics to be included in the report, you can configure
System Setting > Patient Information Setting.
To save the report as a PDF, click the PDF tab. The system creates the PDF and saves the file to
the location you specify.
SA series provides you with flexibility in printing the report. You can either:
Print the configured report by clicking the Print tab. The Print dialog box is displayed where
you can choose the preferred printer.
Print the report page corresponding to the current tab that is being displayed by clicking the
Preview tab. You can configure your report by clicking the Report Setting button. Print the
reprot page by clicking Print current page. Print the configured report by clicking the Print
button.
Note: It’s necessary to install a printer before printing a report. If you need more
information about installation, please contact the manufacturer or your local distributor.
