Pretest
When the main screen is displayed, press this key to display the main
screen of the exercise test.
When the main screen of the exercise test is displayed, press this key
to enter the pretest phase. The length of the pretest phase is not
fixed.
When the main screen of the exercise test is displayed and the
exercise test is terminated, press this key to enter the no testing state.
Exercise
Press to enter the exercise phase. In the exercise phase, press this
key to enter the next stage of the exercise phase.
