2.28 Using the CONFERENCE Key:
The eircom advantage IP Professional phone by default will have a CONFERENCE key programmed.
• Pressing the CONFERENCE key will establish a conference between a held call and the call in
progress
• While the conference is in progress, the LED of the CONFERENCE key will be lit
• Pressing the CONFERENCE key while the LED is lit will terminate the conference and establish
a two-party call with the second party while putting the first call into Hold
2.29 Forward Incoming Calls
Incoming calls to a eircom advantage IP Professional phone can be Forwarded at various stages in
the call and to various destinations as shown below -
Type Of Forward Destinations
- Forward to a User
Forward All Calls - Forward to Voice Mail
Forward On Busy - Forward to External Number
Forward On No Answer (Not available for Forward On Busy)
Forward to an Entry in the Common/Personal Address Book
. (Not available for Forward On Busy).
Note: If there are no entries in the Address Books, these options will not be displayed.
