With the telephone idle, to make an
internal call, lift the handset or press
the SPEAKER
key.
Internal dial tone will be heard and the
display will show Internal Dialling.
Dial the User/group number required,
e.g. 18.
The display shows the name/number of the
User/group being called and the status of
the call, i.e. Ringing. This will change
briefly to Connected when the called party
answers, after which a call timer will be
shown.
The call can be ended at any time by:
Pressing the <Endcall> key
Replacing the handset
Pressing the ON HOOK
key
Note: If the direct line seize feature is enabled for the User, external dial tone will be heard
when the User goes off-hook, by pressing Hold you will hear internal dial tone.
