• Press the <Select> key to set the language, the display will automatically return to the Phone
Settings menu and the selected language will used for all displays.
• Press the <Back> key to return to the Phone Settings menu without setting the new language
3.9 Define Function Key
A set of pre-defined languages is available
on the phone display. On entering this
menu option the current language setting
will be marked by a tick (√).
There are 16 function keys on the Executive System Phone situated to the right of the
handset. These keys are factory programmed as line keys, User keys, speed dial keys and
functions such as Conference and Pickup. If a DSS module is fitted then an additional 48 keys
will be available to the user. These can be programmed with any of the functions listed below
− Redial Last Number
− Day/Night Ringing (*)
− Conference Call
− Intrude Call
− Call Pick Up
− Park Current Call
− Phone Book
− Internal Paging
− Transfer Call
− Call back
− Forward recall (**)
