1. GENERIC FUNC.  Enter GENERIC FUNC. and set the following parameters.
Set default par.  1 Sets all parameters to their default value.
2. Switch the machine off and then on again.
3. GENERIC FUNC.  Enter GENERIC FUNC. and set the following parameters.
Appl. type  5 Type of machine: Without Dt
7 Type of machine: With Dt
Appl. direct.  0 Rack feed direction: Left
1 Rack feed direction: Right
Speed nr. 1  27 Indicates feed gear motor operation frequency at speed 1 [Hz].
Wash time sp 1  36 Time from when the last rack releases the auto start lever until the wash
pumps stop when speed 1 [s] is set.
(Set to 55 if Rinse autostart
 = 0)
Speed nr. 2  45 Indicates feed gear motor operation frequency at speed 2 [Hz].
Wash time sp 2  22 Time from when the last rack releases the auto start lever until the wash
pumps stop when speed 2 [s] is set.
(Set to 33 if Rinse autostart

Drain enable  37 Enable draining and cleaning cycles.
Heat two comm.  0 Wash tank heating element management.

Boiler load tank  0 The tank is filled by means of a dedicated solenoid valve.
Fahrenheit vis.  Unit of measure used in displaying the temperatures; if set to “Yes” the
temperature is displayed in degrees Fahrenheit, otherwise in degrees

4. RINSE MODULE  Enter RINSE MODULE and set the following parameters.
Boil. temp. start  92 Boiler temperature set point at start of rinse stage.
Boiler temper.  86 Boiler temperature set point.
Boiler temper warmup  86 Boiler warm-up temperature.
Delta T stand-by  5 Boiler temperature decrease during standby.
First boil. temp.  59 First USA compact boiler temperature set point.
Duo temper.  70 Tank temperature set point.
Hist. duo temp.  5 Tank hysteresis temperature.
Drain del. airgap  40 Time from reaching level 0 (level in air trap) in the air gap, to stopping of
the rinse pump.
Duo heat. unrel.  0 Enables activation of the DUO heating element even if the tank and
boiler heating elements are on.
5. WASH MODULE  Enter WASH MODULE and set the following parameters.
Wash module  2 Type of wash module.
Tank te mper.  66 Tank temperature set point.
Histeresys temp.  2 Tank hysteresis temperature.

6. PREWASH MODULE  Enter PREWASH MODULE and set the following parameters.
Prewash module 
0 Type of prewash module.
Standby level  220 Indicates the max. level in prewash tank.
Run level  180 Indicates the max. prewash tank level when the prewash pumps are
working.
7. DT MODULE  Enter DT MODULE and set the following parameters.
DT temper  70 Drying tunnel temperature set point.
DT type  1 Indicates the type of DT installed.
8. Switch the machine off and then on again.
