The fs Commands
[<volume_name>]
Specifies an unused metavolume for the checkpoint. A volume
can be specified for only the first checkpoint of a PFS since all of
the subsequent checkpoints share the same SavVol.
Note: The minimum size required for a SavVol is 64 MB. The volume size
is 10 gigabytes unless the PFS is less than 10 gigabytes, then the volume
is the same size as the file system.
[-option <options>]
Specifies the following comma-separated option(s):
%full=<value>
Specifies a value as the percentage threshold permitted for the
metavolume. When that value is reached, a warning is sent to the
server_log and the syslog file. The Control Station
acknowledges the event and automatically extends the
checkpoint. The SavVol is automatically extended by 10 GB if its
default %full value is reached. If the %full value is set to zero, the
option is disabled. The default for <value> is 90.
automount=no
Stops the checkpoint from being automatically mounted.
[-name <name>] -Create [size=<integer>[T|G|M |%]]
Creates, mounts, and optionally assigns a name to the checkpoint of
the PFS as specified by the <name>. The checkpoint must be
unmounted prior to unmounting the PFS. If a name is not chosen, one
is assigned by default. If specifying the size, enter an integer between
1 and 1024, and specify T for terabytes, G for gigabytes (default) or M
for megabytes, or enter an integer representing the percentage of a
file system’s size, followed by the percent sign.
[pool=<pool>]
Specifies the storage pool to use to create the checkpoint. Storage
pools can either be user-defined or system-defined. See nas_pool
-list for a listing of available pool types.
[storage=<system_name>]
Specifies the attached storage system where the checkpoint
SavVol will reside.
[-option <options>]
Specifies the following comma-separated option(s):
