Where:
EXAMPLE #4 To modify the configured nThread parameter, type:
$ server_param server_2 -facility PAX -modify nThread -value 32

name name of the parameters with the specified facility that can be modified.
facility facility for the parameters.
default default value for the parameter.
current current value used by the Data Mover.
configured value set that has not taken effect yet because some user action (such as a Data Mover reboot) is
required.

value set on the Data Mover.

value set that has not taken effect yet because user action (such as a Data Mover reboot) is required.

action necessary for the parameter to take effect.

states when the change will be effective.

range of possible parameter values.

description of what the parameter does.
