The I2C_SCL_FPGA and I2C_SDA_FPGA signals are connected with 0 Ω resistor jumpers to HDMI and FMC

connectors.

The programmable oscillator Si570 is not equipped on the Mercury+ ST1 base board by default, therefore

the address space 0x2A is not automatically occupied.
