7.2 Simulation
Simualtion of the
OUT value
The OUT value can also be simulated in the analog input block:
1. Check that the simulation is enabled at the DIP-switch WP, see Chapter 3.2.
2. Click on the SIMULATE parameter:
– Set to enable
– Enter a simulation value
– Click on WRITE CHANGES button
– Check the effect on the OUT value and any following links.
3. Disable the SIMULATE parameter.
During simulation, the BLOCK_ERROR shows the status "simulation active".
7.3 Reset
By entering a code, the entries in the manufacturer's-specific parameters are reset
completely to factory settings.
