The device must be configured outside the hazardous area.
During configuration with FieldCare, the device may assume undefined statuses! This may
result in the undefined switching of outputs and relays.
To configure the device using the FieldCare Device Setup software, connect the device to
your PC. You need a special interface adapter for this purpose: the Commubox FXA291.
The 4-pin connector of the interface cable must be plugged into the corresponding socket
in the device and the USB connector must be plugged into a free USB port on the PC.
