Check Remedy
Do the indicators turn on and off when the power cord is touched? There is probably a poor contact in the power cord, or the power cord may be defective. Reinsert the power cord. If this
does not solve the problem, stop using the projector, disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet, and contact
your local dealer or the nearest address provided in the Epson Projector Contact List.

Is the Control Panel Lock set to Full Lock? Press the [t] button on the remote control. If you do not want to use Control Panel Lock, change the setting to Off.

Problems Relating to the Easy Interactive Function
Cannot the projector's built-in drawing function

Is Extended set correctly? The projector's built-in drawing function is not available if both of the following conditions are met.
• Extended - USB Type B is set to Easy Interactive Function or USB Display/Easy Interactive Function from the
configuration menu.
• Images are projected from the source specified in Extended - Easy Interactive Function - Use Source from the
configuration menu.

Has pen calibration been performed correctly? Make sure you perform pen calibration when using the Easy Interactive Pen for the first time so that the projector
recognizes the position of the pen correctly.
Also, calibrate the pen again if you notice any discrepancy in positioning.
