Before printing on envelopes from a DOS application
program using the sheet feeder, the printer must be in the
envelope printing mode. To enter this mode, load a single
envelope in the sheet feeder and then eject it by pressing
the
Load/Eject
button. The printer will now feed
envelopes correctly.

You can load up to 10 envelopes in the sheet feeder. Load
envelopes with the flap edge first and the printable surface
face down.
When loading C5 envelopes, remove the rear edge guide and
re-install it to match the length of the envelopes as shown
below.

EPSON recommends you set the top margin to 10 mm
(0.14 inch) for envelopes (the minimum is 8.5 mm
(0.12 inch))
