Note the following precautions when using a printer stand:

Use a stand that can support at least 30.0 kg (66.0 lb) for this
printer.

Never use a stand that tilts the printer. The printer should
always be kept level.
❑
Position your cables so they do not interfere with paper
feeding; where possible, secure them to a leg of the printer
stand.
Installing the edge guides (banner paper holders)
Follow these steps to install the edge guides. The edge guides
can be used to guide paper into the manual feed slot or to hold
a roll of banner paper.
1. Grasp the bottom edge of the manual feed guide with both
hands and gently lift it up and away from the printer.
