Installing the Battery
The printer does not operate without a charged battery installed.
Follow the steps below to install the battery.

Make sure that the printer is turned off.

When the belt clip is attached, turn the belt clip in the direction of the arrow, and
change to the status in which the battery can be removed.

Remove the hook for the battery, and then remove the battery.
WARNING
Be sure to use the battery OT-BY20.
Using a battery other than the one specified may cause fire, explosion, leakage, overheating or other
damage.
When removing the battery, be sure to turn off the power before doing so.
Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
