Выньте пружинную клипсу (рис. 7, поз.
1) из отверстия в жале и снимите жало
круглоогубцами (рис. 7, поз. 2).
Поместите горячее жало на огнеупорную
подкладку или в держатель.
Вставьте сменное жало до упора, при
этом выступ на паяльнике должен попасть
в паз жала (рис 8), что необходимо для
правильной установки и предотвратит
вращение жала.
Вставьте пружинную клипсу в отверстие на
жале.
Чтобы обеспечить хорошую электро- и
теплопроводность, время от времени
следует извлекать жало и прочищать
нагревательный элемент.

The soldering tip can also be replaced when hot
by means of flat-nosed pliers.
• Lift spring hook out of tip hole (pos. 1 / fig. 7)
and pull off the tip using the flat-nosed pliers
(pos. 2/fig. 7).
• Set aside the hot soldering tip on a fireproof
support or in the holder.
• Attach new tip; when sliding on the tip make
sure that the knob of the heating element lies
in the slot of the tip (fig. 8). This positions the
tip and prevents turning.
• Anchor spring hook in the tip hole again.
To obtain good electrical and thermal conduc
-
tivity, occasionally remove the soldering tip and
clean the heating element shaft with a brass
brush.
