1. Turn off the mains power supply to reset the unit.

Watchdog
Something has prevented the processor from performing its normal tasks in the
program.
The program restarts automatically. The current welding process will be stopped.
This error does not disable any functions.
1. Review the handling of welding programs during welding.
2. If the error persists, send for a service technician.

Out of wire (wire feed unit)
The wire feed unit is not feeding any wire. The current welding process will be
stopped, and cannot be restarted.
Error code from external source.
1. Load new wire.
2. Check manual for connected units.

Stack overflow
Program execution does not work.
1. Turn off the mains power supply to reset the unit.
2. If the error persists, send for a service technician.

No cooling water flow
The flow monitor switch has operated.
The current welding process is stopped, and cannot be restarted.
1. Check the cooling water circuit and the pump.

Regulator time error level exceeded
A too long regulator time has occured (only in MIG/MAG).

No reply from the display unit
The microprocessor is not in contact with the display board.
1. Send for a service technician

No gas flow
Gas flow is less than 6 l/min. Welding cannot be started.
1. Check the gas valve, hoses and connectors.

Incompatible units
Incorrect wire feed unit is connected. Start is prevented.
1. Connect the correct wire feed unit.
