OF THE POLES.
21. Set the top pole (51) on a piece of cardboard to protect the bottom of the
pole. Insert the Pole Cap (38) at the top of the pole as shown in Detail A.

22. Insert Top Pole (51) into Middle Pole (50). Make sure that the Spring
Bracket on Top pole is on the same side as Actuator bracket on Middle
Pole. See Detail B.

NOTE: If your Top Pole (51) has the Pole Cap (38) pre-installed skip step 21.
If needed use a Rubber
Mallet to tap Cap in
but be very careful not
to damage it.
NOTE
DO NOT step on the
ballast to attach top pole.
NOTE
CAUTION:
PINCH POINTS! DO NOT place
your hand on any of these three
locations when inserting the pole.
