42. Carefully move the system where you would like to place it
and then Fill the Ballast about 75% full (approx. 25 gal.) with
water. Make sure that the Ballast Cap washer (14) is in
place before Screwing cap (13) in place.
Pre-assembled to Cap (13)
NOTE: Do not overfill the ballast.
