      William ObrienAug 25, 2025
To resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues with your Eufy Vacuum Cleaner, ensure you've entered the correct Wi-Fi password. Also, verify that your RoboVac, router, and mobile phone are close enough to maintain a strong signal. Your Wi-Fi router should support the 2.4GHz and 802.11b/g/n bands, as the 5GHz band is not supported. For more detailed information, refer to the "Troubleshooting > Wi-Fi connection" section in this manual.

If your Eufy Vacuum Cleaner's cleaning time is shorter than expected (less than 80 minutes), ensure RoboVac is fully charged, indicated by a solid blue LED light, before cleaning. Keep in mind that cleaning time is affected by the suction mode and floor type. Standard suction on hardwood floors provides approximately 80 minutes of cleaning, while max suction on medium-pile carpets provides about 40 minutes. If your cleaning time is much shorter than these estimates, contact eufy customer service for help.
