compartmentanddamagedormissingrubber
bafescancausetheengineandhydraulic
systemtooverheatwhichcancreatearehazard.
•Cleanalldebrisfrominsideofpumpdrive
beltcompartmentdaily.
•Cleandebrisfromradiatorscreenandcore
daily.
1.Stopengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,and
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Cleanalldebrisfrominsideofpumpdrivebelt
compartment.
3.Wipedebrisfromscreeninenginecover.
4.Rotateenginecoverforwardandwipedebris
fromradiatorcoreasrequired.
5.Cleandebrisfromradiatornswithcompressed
air.
Important:Ifdebrisoraircannotbeblown
throughtheradiator,seeCleaningofthe
Radiatorsection.
6.Inspectsealsinenginecoverandreplaceif
necessary.

2.Removeairdeectorpanelfrombehindseat.
3.Cleanaroundywheel,cylinderhead,injectors,
andinjectorpump.
4.Cleanalldebrisfromtheexhaustsystemarea.
5.Wipeupanyexcessivegreaseoroilaroundthe
engineandexhaustarea.
6.Reinstalltheairdeectorpanel.

1.Stopengine,waitforallrotatingpartstostopand
removekey.Engageparkingbrake.
2.Allowenginetocool.
3.Rotateseatandenginecoverforward.
4.Whileholdingfanup,removethefourscrews
attachingthefantotheshroud.Disconnectand
removethefan.
5.Usingcompressedair,blowoutdebrisstuck
betweenthensoftheentireradiator,bothfrom
thetopdownandfromthebottomup.
6.Ifdebrisremains,itmaybenecessarytousewater
fromalowpressurehose.Iftheradiatorisclean,
proceedtostep8.
7.Covertheenginewithapieceofcardboard,ora
plasticsheet.Squirtwaterdownthroughthens.
Blowthroughwithlowpressureairfromboth
directions.Ifdebrisremains,repeatuntilclean.
8.Re-assemblethefantotheradiator.Reconnect
thefan.
9.Starttheenginetoensurethefanisfunctioning
properly.
