▪ Carefully inspect the flamepath (shown in this picture) before reinstalling the front of the
enclosure. If there are any scratches or dents, contact an ExRobotics Field Engineer. Do not
redeploy the robot in a potentially explosive location.
▪ Gently push the enclosure front onto the enclosure back, ensuring the O Ring is correctly
seated.
▪ Re-install the 6 screws that secure the front to the back enclosure, using a calibrated torque
wrench to tighten them to 7 Nm. Check if the front enclosure fits seamlessly, if not
reassemble it.
