5. Select the network adapter in Network Interface.
Detected measurement devices are displayed in Available Devices.
6. If the Blackbird OECD is not displayed:
a) Make sure that the PC is connected to the ETH port of the Blackbird OECD.
b) Make sure that the correct network adapter is selected.
c) Make sure that the IPv6 protocol is enabled on the PC.
d) Make sure that the PC has a valid IPv6 link local address.

Click on in Network Interface.
7.
Click on in Firmware Archive.
8. Select the firmware archive.
9. Click on OPEN.
The firmware archive is displayed in the Firmware Archive field.
10. Check the box of the Blackbird OECD in Available Devices.
A check mark is displayed in the checkbox.
