Adding custom fields
You can add custom fields to the end of the Address Edit screen for
entering additional information.
To add custom fields:
1. From Address Book, tap the tab in the top-left to open the menu bar.
2. Tap Options; then tap Rename Custom Fields.
3. In the Rename Custom Fields dialog box, enter
names for the fields to identify the information
you will enter in them. The field names appear in
all entries, at the end of the Address Edit screen.
4. Tap OK.
5. Tap Done.
