3.7 Power supply connection
The appliance must be powered by cables of an appropriate size and capable of
withstanding the current for which the product has been designed. Make sure
the cables are of a suitable size before wiring, and that the maximum permissible
bending radius is not exceeded. The appliance’s electrical data, which should be
referred to in order to size the power supply system correctly, are displayed on the
identicationlabelofthedevice(refertoparagraph2.3Identicationlabel).
The following guidelines provide information on which power supply cables to use
and the recommended conductor size:
• Suggested minimum conductor size: 6 mm
