SECTION 6
ACCEPTANCE TEST PROCEDURE (ATP)
When the installation and programming is complete, an Acceptance Test Procedure is performed to
document the correct installation of AIM2™, and to verify the system is prepared for day-to-day
operation by the purchasing customer.
A Commercial AIM2™ Startup and Training Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) form is attached
to the end of this installation manual. The form is to be completed by the technician completing the
startup and training, and signed by the customer’s representative. A copy of the completed ATP
should be left with the customer. Another copy must be forwarded in the included prepaid envelope
to Syn-Tech Systems, Inc.
Immediately following the ATP is a sample Hold Harmless Agreement. The Hold Harmless
Agreement is provided to inform the customer of the dangers of unsecured wireless networks, and to
remove liability from Syn-Tech Systems, Inc., and the individual completing the FuelMaster
®
installation. Complete the form only when needed.
Following is an expanded version of the Acceptance Test Procedure to be used as a guide for
completing the abbreviated ATP. An ATP should be completed for each AIM2™ customer. In the
following breakdown of the Acceptance Test Procedure, the original ATP form is standard print. The
explanation is bold and italicized:
Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) for Commercial
Installations, Upgrades, Startup, and/or Training of
FuelMaster
®
AIM2™
Customer: (enter the customer’s name)
Location: (enter the location of the site covered by this ATP)
This ATP is for AIM2™ installations, upgrades, startup, and/or training. It does not replace the
acceptance test required for the installation and startup of a FuelMaster
®
Fuel Management Unit (FMU).
This ATP is divided into sections to permit the completion of portions applicable to the task(s) being
performed. Read the section header to determine if the section must be completed. Mark non-applicable
sections N/A.
Complete an ATP for each customer location. Invite a customer representative to observe these tests as
he/she must sign the final document. Comments may be added on page 6.
A space is provided to the left of each applicable procedure to show completion. Place a check mark ()
in the space for each completed procedure. Leave incomplete procedures unmarked, and explain on
page 6. Mark non-applicable procedures N/A. Attach additional pages for additional comments.
