[Remedy] Switch off the machine power, make sure that the touch screen
is blank, and then switch on the machine power. If the same

[Cause] An error occurred in the machine.
[Remedy] Switch off the machine power, make sure that the touch screen
is blank, and then switch on the machine power. If the same
message is displayed again, switch off the machine power
again, and then switch on the machine power while pressing the
<Start> button and <Stop> button simultaneously, and hold this
condition for 6 seconds. The print data that caused an error will
be deleted automatically, and the machine reboots. If the error
still is not resolved, contact our Customer Support Center.

[Cause] The SIP registrar server cannot be used.
[Remedy] Check if the SIP registrar server is available. Also, confirm that
[SIP Registrar Server Setup] is set correctly under [Tools] >
[System Settings] > [Connectivity & Network Setup] > [SIP
Settings] > [SIP Registrar Server Setup].
