Replacement routines
Ê Carefully shift the system board to the back side of the housing so that it fits
into the grounding brackets (see ovals in figure above).
V CAUTION!
Always take the system board with both hands!
Don’t damage the EMI springs which are essential to comply with
applicable EMC regulations and satisfy cooling requirements and fire
protection measures.
Ê If present, reinstall the TPM (see page 48).
Ê Connect all cables to the system board.
Ê Reinstall the memory rug (see figure 13 on page 32).
Ê Install both BBU holders.
Ê Install the battery (if present) and line the BBU cable in the sidewall of the
housing before installing the mid-brace.
Ê Reinstall the heat sinks (see the Options Guide).
Ê Install the mid-brace by fastening the six screws (see figure 22 on page 42).
