There Are Black Traces on the Document
Check the following points
● Are you scanning documents written in lead pencil or carbon paper? (page 116)
● Are the glass and rollers inside the ADF clean? (page 116)

Solution
When you scan documents written in lead pencil, make sure you clean the rollers frequently.
