Being Used by Others
The indicators on the operator panel light up as follows.
Check Indicator Power Indicator
Off On
The scanner is already being used.
● Make sure that another application is not using the scanner.
● Make sure that the connection method of the scanner is correct.
● Make sure that no operations are being performed on the operator panel of the scanner.
No Document Has Been Loaded
The indicators on the operator panel light up as follows.
Check Indicator Power Indicator
Off On
No document has been loaded.
Load a document in the ADF paper chute (feeder).
Scanning Has Been Stopped by the User
The indicators on the operator panel light up as follows.
Check Indicator Power Indicator
Off On
Scanning has been stopped by the user.
When you press the scan/stop button on the operator panel during scanning, scanning stops immediately.
If documents remain in the ADF, open the ADF and remove the documents before resuming a scan.
