10-1. Troubleshooting
WARNING
• In the event of a malfunction (burning smell, etc.),
immediately stop operation, turn off the electrical breaker
and consult authorized service personnel.
• Merely turning off the unit’s power switch will not
completely disconnect the unit from the power source.
Always be sure to turn off the electrical breaker to ensure
that power is completely off.
Before requesting service, perform the following checks:

minutes) as the Automatic
Defrosting mode operates.

as the Automatic Oil
Recovery mode operations.

When operated in a incorrect
combination of operation
mode, the indoor unit
stops directly and display
of corresponding indoor
units is blinking on the
“Monitor”screen of the central
remote controller.

If the problem persists after performing these checks, or if you
notice burning smells, stop operation immediately, turn off the
electrical breaker, and consult with authorized service person-
nel.
Notice
For an error displayed on the indoor unit or the standard
remote controller, refer to the operating manual and the
installation manual for the indoor unit.
10-2. Error code
This appears automatically on the display if an error occurs.
If an error occurs, the following display will be shown.
If “Error Code XX” is displayed, immediately contact authorized
service personnel.
Stop air conditioner operation and please consult authorized
service personnel.
