Check the steering system for looseness and
play.
FLUID LEAKAGE FROM STEERING SYS-
TEM
Check the steering gear case and power steer-
ing system for fluid leakage.
Check the power steering hoses and pipes for
looseness.
41. FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT
Measure the toe-in, camber, caster and king pin
inclination angle to check for conformance with
the standard values.
Note: The front suspension, steering system and
wheels should be serviced to normal con-
dition prior to measurement of wheel
alignment.
