Checking the ECS:
1 The LEDs H1 (+34V), H2 (+15V), H4 (+5V) and H5 (if the C-arm is
shifted) on the ECS Driver Board turn on.
2 The C-arm brake release buttons in the c-arm handles do not
operate if the C-arm is shifted. The brake can be released only if the
C-arm is in the lowest position (the photo interrupter has entered the
slot and the microswitch on the side of the ECS mechanism is
activated).
