Troubleshooting
6. Select a log you want to download.
7. Select Save. The Save As window displays.
8. Navigate to a location to save the log, and type a name for the logs, or accept the
default. Select Save.
9. Close the Download complete window in one of the following ways:
a. To open the downloaded file, select Open.
b. To open the Windows Explorer folder where the file was saved, select Open
Folder.
c. Select Close to close the Download complete window without performing
any additional tasks.
d. Select Close this dialog box when download completes, and the Download
complete window closes automatically when the download operation is
finished.
