4. Select Backup on the Backup/Restore Configuration screen.
5. Select the ApexPro Backup Files link ending with the .tar extension.

6. On the File Download screen, select Save.
7. On the Save As screen, navigate to where you want to save the configuration file
and select Save.
8. When the Download Complete window displays, select Close.

Perform installation check
The installation checker gathers and displays system-wide information that
contributes to certain common issues, including the following information:
ApexPro software version
Tower response / communication check
Appropriate warnings or errors regarding issues identified for each system-wide
check
Details for each ApexPro server running on the network, including the following
information:
Care unit | device name
ApexPro software version
Uptime statistics
Hardware platform
Network port IP addresses (MC, IX, RX)
ATS serial number
