Maintenance schedule
The unit should be maintained in accordance with the preventative maintenance procedures detailed
in the Service Manual. Service maintenance must be performed by a technically competent individual.
Operator maintenance
This schedule lists the minimum frequencies. Always follow hospital and local regulations for required
frequencies.
Every week
Clean the warmer and disinfect as required, or between each patient.
Service maintenance
This schedule lists the minimum frequencies. Always follow hospital and local regulations for required
frequencies.
Annually
Perform the electrical safety checks as described in the service manual.
Calibrate the scale as described in the service manual.
Every two years
Replace the battery as described in the service manual.
NOTE: The battery is used to sound the power failure alarm and to power memory circuits
during a power failure.
