iii.) Please note that if you choose to Abort, the image you just acquired for the patient will be
lost.
iv.) If still cannot recover wireless reconnection, and you choose not waiting, you can abort
this and go to “Service ->Diagnostics->Wireless Link Diagnostics”, then follow the
recommend procedures in the instruction.
5.) Clicking Prepare button, there is no auto-sensing ready popup.
Solution:
i.) Check the inhibit message bar to see if there is any inhibit message
ii.) Clear the inhibit and click the prepare button again
6.) Take exposure on target system, no x-ray detected in IDR system
Solution:
i.) Check whether detector is under the target system collimator area
ii.) Check the exposure parameters on the target system is appropriate
iii.) Check the FOV in target system is appropriate
7.) Cannot refresh from HIS/RIS
Solution:
i.) Check the network configuration for HIS/RIS is correct including the IP address, AP title,
port number. C-Echo test should be PASS.
8.) cannot send images to PACS
Solution:
i.) Check the network configuration for HIS/RIS is correct including the IP address, AP title,
port number. C-Echo test should be PASS.
ii.) The job number reached to 1000, Open the transfer log window, delete the logs
9.) The system performance became slow
Solution:
i.) Check the images stored in the system, whether it is reaching to the upper limit (Please
refer to the values in Utilities > Preferences > Image Management > Auto Delete).
Note: The recommended value is 90%.
10.) The images after exposure is not auto-shuttered according to the collimator
Solution:
i.) Click manual shutter to manually shutter the image to the collimated area
11.) The image quality is not well
