Measuring Circuit [M] and the displayed values are converted to leakage
current.
Earth Leakage (AC line) Current Test
This test measures leakage current of the device. The device has to be
turned on and off, and connected to your safety-testing equipment.
Measurements should be taken under the following conditions (refer to
“Electrical Safety Tests” on page 4-24):
Device in ON state
Polarity switch NORM and RVS
S1 (neutral) closed and open
GND switch open
The test has failed if the measured values are greater than:
N.C. S.F.C
Polarity: NORM & RVS
S1 (neutral): closed
GND: open
Polarity: NORM & RVS
S1 (neutral): open
GND: open
Total tests/combinations: 2 Total tests/combinations: 2
