For a jacketed mixer: if your mixer is connected to a TCU, turn off the TCU
following the manufacturer's instructions.

For a jacketed mixer: empty the mixer vessel jacket as described in Empty
the vessel jacket, on page 127.

For a jacketed mixer: attach a tag-out device onto the mixer vessel coolant
inlet.
