6.2.1 Use jacking bolts
Engage jacking bolts
NOTICE
Securing the jacking bolts in a way other than described in this
manual may damage the load cells.
Follow the instructions below to engage the jacking bolts.

Verify the following conditions:1
•
The instrument is clear of obstructions.
•
The jacking bolt threads are undamaged.
•
The jacking bolts are fully engaged in the mixer vessel frame.
•
The top and bottom nuts turn freely using fingers alone.
Turn up the bottom nut (1) with your fingers to the vessel support plate (2).
Then turn the nut one half turn with a wrench, so that the vessel weight is
lifted off from the load cell.
