The following happens after XDUO mixer has been restarted:
ResultSystem
E-STOP message is no longer shown on the local control
software screen. XDUO mixer remains in a safe state with
nothing running.
Stand-alone mixer
E-Stop Active message is no longer shown on the FlexFactory
Mixer overview screen.
FlexFactory connect-
ed system
•
If a batch was running prior to when the EMERGENCY
STOP was pushed, the system is set in the Held state.
•
If a batch was not running, XDUO mixer remains in a safe
state.
If a batch was running prior to emergency stop, the user must verify the status of all PID
control loops and setpoints before restarting the batch after power restoration.
