5.8 Set the Handset Keypad Lock
You can turn on/off the keypad lock of the handset to avoid misoperation.
In idle mode, press and hold to turn on the keypad lock. The will be displayed on
the handset screen.
In keypad lock mode, press and hold to turn off the keypad lock. The will disappear.
5.9 Redial the Last Number
You can redial up to 10 of the last numbers called on the cordless handset or on the
corded telephone base. If you have stored a name in the phonebook to match with the
number, the name will be displayed instead. The most recently dialed number will be
displayed at the top of the redial list.
5.9.1 Redial a Number from the Redial List
Using the handset:
1. In idle mode, press to access the redial list.
REMARK:
If the redial entry displays with name, press # to view the number.
2. Press / to browse the redial list.
3. Press or to dial the selected redial number.
NOTE:
If there is no number in the redial list, the display will show “EMPTY”.
5.9.2 Store a Redial Number into the Phonebook
Using the handset:
1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 in section 5.9.1.
2. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to select ADD TO PB.
3. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to enter the name.
4. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to store the redial number into the phonebook.
5. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to select phonebook melody.
6. Press / to browse the melody list. The respective melody will be played while
you are browsing the melody list.
7. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to confirm.
5.9.3 Delete a Redial Number
Using the handset:
1. Follow Steps 1 and 2 in section 5.9.1.
2. Press LEFT SOFTKEY and / to select DELETE.
3. Press LEFT SOFTKEY to confirm.
